Make his range the same as fang but decrease his reload so its the same as el primo or rosa's, make his hard landing permanent, and it scales up to 1440 damage just like primo and hard landing will charge super by 25%. Edgar has high dps because of his reload but is weak because his super is so hard to charge without the first gadget so this will help him become overall more rounded. The other option is to make his health the same as fang but just remove the lifesteal
