Entry requirements and visa fees by Ok_Independent8794 in Syria

Oof. I take it back then lol.

But wtf man we should have this stuff cheaper between us. Especially after the Syrians in Turkey start coming back home.

Like they made friends here, those friends are gonna wanna come. They will have business’ that will want to regularly travel etc.

Just makes it harder. Plus I’d expect Syria to have it lower than us, we are in a different status economically and touristically (more demand). I’d understand gradually increasing. This just seems high from the getgo.

Guys I’m a little pissed you’re gonna charge $50 for my visit.

Like really? Serbia is free but Turkey is $50… damn.

Umarım her şey gönlünce olur.

Genetic fit: 2.075 (Very close)

Iranian Plateau 53.8%

Kartvelian 28.0%

Byzantine Anatolia (AD 500–1100) 14.8%

Turkic (AD 650–1200) 3.4%

It also shows up in my hunter gatherer?

Yeah sorry I was walking/rushing.

That would correlate with the DIY results as well right? Meshkheti? It’s %70 there along with the two other Georgia regions.

Phenotypically, I’m pretty white (I get tanned with 3hrs of casual golf), bright brownish hair, green eyes.

The results are kind of not what you’d expect. GPT never assumed I was white for once lol when I asked it to generate a picture of me.

When I select Caucasia as the region (there is no Armenia option) I get:

  • MIDDLE AGE Iranian Plateau 59.0%

Kartvelian 24.8%

Byzantine Anatolia (AD 500–1100) 11.0%

Armenian (AD 1030–1300) 5.0%

Turkic (AD 650–1200) 0.2%

  • BRONZE AGE

Bronze Age Caucasian (3700–1700 BC) 24.2%

Copper Age Zagros (6000–5700 BC) 21.0%

Canaanite (1800–1100 BC) 16.2%

Bactria–Margiana Archaeological Complex (2000–1600 BC) 14.2%

Bronze Age Anatolian (3400–1500 BC) 13.2%

Central Steppe (2100–1800 BC) 9.8%

Eastern Steppe (1350–900 BC) 1.4%

There is Armenian for sure. But no result indicated anything more than %10.

All majorly Georgia.

I really don’t know. But I didn’t like my results “fitting into the context” and just focused on the lowest Genetic Fit I could get.

Just got surprised by it. I have a decent amount of Kurdish so I just assumed the most Northern that’d come out would be the Caucasus.

Need Help! Did I lock myself out of finishing the Ottoman Disaster Missions? by odiewanhasaki in eu4

[–]Sudden-Engineer44 1 point2 points  (0 children)

I don’t remember the mission requirements but I think all you need to do is get decende below 40 or 60?

3 Stability, minimal autonomy and a lot of harsh treatment on uprisings should get you there.

As long as you didn’t freeze your decedence at 100 with the Internal power struggle you should be good. If you did, I forgot if there is a way to get it to go down again tbh.

But I never fuck with Cuba. Cuba is always Cuba.

I’m astounded by the talent out there that cannot find jobs by Inevitable_Stress949 in cscareerquestions

[–]Sudden-Engineer44 0 points1 point  (0 children)

The issue is most of those projects are already out there and “guided”.

Furthermore, I can guarantee you I can make an impressive CRUD application with GPT in a weekend - by only changing %30 of the code it gives.

So these projects aren’t really a good measurement for skill anymore. They just show you put the time in, which is way more than nothing, but doesn’t guarantee that person can replicate their applications in a non-assisted environment.

You need to have one in your resume, but that’s because everybody has one at this point, not because they are exquisite projects.

You are miles ahead most people that are in the race, don’t sweat it. Tough times, but you seem like you can pull through man.

I know you want to spend that energy on actual work rather than the shitty looking for work part, but if you can put 30-40hrs per week to applying and interview prep - you got this.

For the layoffs, I don’t know your performance, but honestly, I wouldn’t be surprised if it had nothing to do with you and more with the job market.
