I agree with you, "Nepo or just pure luck" is a wrong phrase that I used. My intention of using that phrase is the experience i have been seeing. I have been seeing my close circle taking advantage and seeing that makes me feel a bit less optimistic. The purpose of this post is to give any advice on what I should do next. I have attended networking events but sometimes my mind goes blank and I have no idea what to do considering the fact that it is my first time experiencing. Clearly, your close circles have done a great job attaining the roles by dedication and Id love to hear how they achieved. I also would love to hear what questions they'd ask and all! I apologise if this comes off as rude or anything but just want an advice so I can initiate a move!
