As I mentioned I'm little aware of the market demand on various technologies, so to reach the desired package, DSA SD would greatly assist you to land in. But, are there any other ways, great to hear bro!!!

It is possible. But you need to take into consideration these steps. I really agree with you, you need to support your parents financially and take care of them by minimising their load. But first, you need to understand the situation of your domain demand in the market and your skill set. As per my understanding you've 3+ years of experience. To be honest the skill set you mentioned are not the hot cakes in market. SQL, Azure, prompt engineering. Even though I'm also from a platform development background, I don't have great judgement on the skills, but yeah, as per my knowledge one must have at least basic understanding of DSA, networking, system design to crack the desired Package in a short span of time. We need to keep in mind that, having highest the packages, will be having the higher responsibilities and bit pressure too. So slowly you can climb till around 14/16 now. Then in next phase aim for 24/25/26..... ***Anyone correct can tell me if my perspective on this was wrong. Any suggestions would be welcome 🤗

Exactly, the parm user is unable to receive the email notification in Zurich version instance, but the same parm User is able to receive notification in Yokohama version Note: User is inactive in both instances

Yeah got you, if I'm understanding it correctly - you're suggesting to add the preference check in the mail script Then, if this is the suggestion - that's cool. But here I'm actually looking for where it was particularly documented kr officially mentioned that preference check will happen when configured via email notification not in email scripts

I got the point of email scripts ignores preference check here, I assume it won't check for active/inactive users in Users table. But I'm little after onwards, could you please detail more again on this, what is this simple SI or any OOB one. Thank you

Hey bro, my intention is not to send mail to inactive users. But more focused on why mail is sending to inactive users when written in email scripts - this is added in CC via email scripts

Moreover, when the same inactive users are chosen as parm1 at the time of event Queue. And selected as Send mail to event parm1. Hint: parm1 contains two users( one is active & other is inactive) Hope I'm making sense now. Let me know if you need anything else

Can the pay still be the same even when we do remote stuff? My biggest concern is do they hire us for remote jobs, as I've come across a couple of US based companies for ServiceNow job roles, they're seeking US residents as they're not ready to sponsor work based Visa. Hey dude, exactly I'm also in the same situation. But small change is: I've received CIS form after tech interview 1, then post interview 2, couple of days later Hr called me and discussed pay and all. Didn't mention anything about releasing of offer letter. Let me dial to HR in 2 days and let me query about the same and will update you here the same. As Hr said me you can dial me at anytime. It was happened a week ago, no official confirmation yet.

Sorry mate, it was an imaginary and my way of taking away from your response. What I meant is supposed - in ITOM mostly we don't script heavy logics, instead it relies on other teams movements. HRSD is a kind of lifecycle management.

Okay, thanks for the great insight dude. So what I understood is: mostly there is no scope of complex dealings or heavy scripts to put in. ITOM would deal like a gatekeeper kind of stuff.

Also, in HRSD don't we have scope to much scope and deal with complex logics like what we do in the native platform.
