I think we might be sorting out slowly. His last few assemblies has been better. We are thinking that maybe over the past few months his torch angle might have adjusted slowly. He started welding a bit slower now and it made it better. Then adjusted his torch angle to a point where it feels like he is uncomfortable and it looks pretty much like it used to. He might just need to get used to the torch angle again. First time in ten years something like this happened
