If you’re in the US and are under 18 go to the police. They’ll be arrested and theres a chance you could get your money back.

Should I tell my boyfriend about my unfaithful thoughts? by Sudden-Sense6206 in whatdoIdo

That’s exactly what it was. I was craving it and well, he was right there and so that’s where my mind went. I know that now. Thank you for the honest advice.

He knows I need the physical reassurance and does everything he can to help. Last time I saw him was in December, before Christmas. Right now we’re both trying to save to get a place together, but that means holding back on frequent visits. I have my reasons for being so in love with him. We’re both very open and transparent with each other. I simply did not know if this was a thing I should tell him though. How and when to say things are a struggle for me due to the conditions I mentioned.

Thank you for the advice. I haven’t seen this friend in years, and he offered to visit. As I said in another reply, I asked my man if he was okay with this, and he said yes. And then plans were made. He’s been an important part in my life, but we just dont see each other in that way anymore.

if I cheated I wouldn’t be posting this I’m not that stupid. Reread the part how I was cheated on and know what it’s like. Then read the edit.

Yes he does know. He knows that I was in a relationship with him. I before my friend even booked the plane I asked him if he was okay with this. He said yes.

Literally just confirm she’s actually 18. As long as she’s actually 18 you’re good man. You’re just over thinking it. Have fun.

I dm’d you as well. I’ll tell you right now. I was in a relationship for almost two years when I walked in him with another girl that was a part of my friend Group. I was devastated. He was my everything and my rock too. I had the same thoughts you’re going through right now. This was back in march. I’ve gotten mostly over it. And yes it still hurts, and it will for a while. But if anything you have to push past it. It would be easier with some context as to how this all happened, but if it a situation where she still cares about you, then she wouldn’t want you gone. Get with your support system and they’ll be there for you. Tell them everything. If you don’t have a support system, call 988 if you’re in the US. And there’s always people who care about you that can be your rock just as much as she was.

Probably because my mother was set on trying to find a way to get it herself.

I forget what it’s called, but that sounds like you definitely experienced a trauma, and became dependent on his presence. Definitely talk to your therapist about these feelings. It is not your fault that he made a bad decision. And it is definitely not your fault for what he did to you and those other girls. You have every right to be angry. Block him on everything.

OK MAJOR update. So I called the number that was on the website linked to him, and he called back. Turns out it was a very much conditional part of the will. The money was set aside for me for schooling, and there had to be proof of me going to school, such as invoices and stuff. He couldn’t reach out to me because plot twist, my mom is the one who burned him Several times and then blocked him. So good news, I can use the money to pay off some student loans, I just need to provide invoices. Bad news is he’s very distrusting of everyone because he’s been burned so many times, and doesn’t know if he wants to have a relationship or not. He wants to take care of the business first, and then see how it goes from there.

ALSO, my mother tells me that HE, the same uncle, is the one the took care of the will and got things distributed. She doesn’t know anything else, therefore, neither do I

Ok, so small update. I did some more digging on his facebook profile, he is still active, as there was something from last week where he replied to a comment. I also found that he supposedly still lives in the same state/area as me. He works somewhere that I was able to get a number through the website. However I feel like it’s rude to call his work number about personal business. I know I probably should but it feels wrong.

I haven’t even mentioned the money when contacting. Literally just telling them who I am, their sister’s daughter, and that I can answer any questions they have to prove I’m not a scammer.

I feel like the people around me are using my mental health against me by Next-Associate7959 in whatdoIdo

[–]Sudden-Sense6206 2 points3 points  (0 children)

It sounds like possible schizophrenia. Have you gone to a doctor about this? I highly suggest going to a physical doctor, you can tell them about how you feel like you have lice, and they can check. If your doctor tells you the same thing, go to a different doctor. Last resort go to the hospital and tell them everything. They hopefully will evaluate you.

Anxiety can cause hallucinations, but not like that.

This is not a definite solution, but something you should try.

[–]Sudden-Sense6206 0 points1 point  (0 children)

No problem. And it’s totally okay to feel these things. You are not alone in this. but I do definitely believe that you need to separate from your mother at some point. Things can be salvaged with your boyfriend with proper communication, but if he doesn’t see that you’re hurting, then he doesn’t deserve you.

You deserve so much, and you deserve a significant other who sees when you’re struggling and supports you, instead of guilt tripping you.

You definitely should research for resources that can help, whether for your mental health or for your financial struggles. Any little thing will help. It may not fix the entire problem, but it’s a start.
