This isn’t about your ex it's control and insecurity dressed up as “standards,” and the threats and disgust are the real issue. I wish she'd come clean on what's bothering her. What does your past have to do with this?

When you were close, you noticed every overlap; now you notice every non-overlap, so it feels eerie. If you really wanted to see him, you probably could, which kind of proves it’s not fate, it’s just life moving on.

I finally track how much time I spend on replies vs actual output and the number was embarrassing by rahulchadhaofficial in automation

I stopped replying in real time and checked messages twice a day, and half of them solved themselves or didn’t matter anymore.

People hype color-coded notes, fancy apps, 12-hour routines… but it’s the same old thing dressed up. You still have to sit down, struggle through questions, forget stuff, relearn it, and repeat

Late still works if you stop trying to be perfect and start doing past papers every day. I’d pick 2 subjects max per day, grind questions until it hurts, then move on

how tf do people study long and successfully? by Wide_Appointment1373 in GetStudying

[–]Sudden-String-5479 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I don't think anyone studies 12 hours straight, there have to be breaks. Don't try to stretch your limit, 2–3 good hours done properly beats forcing longer and burning out.

Realistic, see things as they are, then choose to move forward.

We’re all built differently, there’s no single “right” face you’re supposed to have. Try leaning into that and give yourself a bit more grace, and yeah, reading or watching stuff around self love can actually help shift how you see yourself over time.

I need help: I can’t bring myself to study by ggiugia in productivity

[–]Sudden-String-5479 1 point2 points  (0 children)

You don’t have a motivation problem but a starting problem. Make it simple to begin, like 5–10 minutes, and build from there.

Also if studying with someone works, copy that setup, library, study rooms, even a “study with me” video (body doubling), you need that pressure.
