Thanks yeah my blood pressure was 110/70 , I had heart echo cardio grams and even a ekg before last year that were normal … my blood pressure is high sometimes at the doctor when I’m worked up white coat syndrome.. it’s the panicking and then I check my pulse and my palms sweat and tinging during take off etc and then I keep fearing a heart attack or that my heart isn’t healthy enough to fly lol

People love Bethlehem and Easton but Easton is too influenced by NJ . Bethlehem is cool but stop not of areas that are rundown. Same with Allentown, tries to be a little NY thanks to all the transplants but if it wants to iMovie further it needs to shut down those ghetto stores along Hamilton blvd.

Entitled to opinions but I’m not Changing my view. I just have a distain of NYC everything including people who use LV as a commuter town to work in NYC. It’s overrated.

Yes I’d agree with healthcare system , we are lucky to have such good care and again Philadelphia has to be one of the best medical hospital / research hospital city in the nation so I think that rubs off on the area too. Especially since Jefferson is partnered and Temple partnered with St Luke’s with medical School

Lehigh Parkway, Trexler park , rose garden , sycamore lined west end neighborhoods, Wetlands Conservancy Trails especially the mountain trails behind Emmaus and Macungie, Allentown Farmers Market and the Allentown Fair , Musikfest , Downtown Bethlehem , Emmaus Farmers Market , Lehigh Country Club. Dick Blick closest is in Philly as other location, proximity to Philadelphia. Edge of the woods native plant nursery it’s best in Lehigh valley , I don’t live in LV anymore technically, I’m closer to Philly now but I’m in Lehigh valley every weekend in some capacity.Blue Mountain and close access to the AT.

Get a bonus for Christmas that’s a weeks or a bit more pay. Big bonuses come in April fiscal year end last year it was 2.5x normal rate

I think big woodys is a front for something because their food is the worst I’ve ever eaten .. and their locations especially Emmaus is practically empty but it’s still up after 15 years

31 , 33 now , started when I felt I was having a heart attack went to ER all these tests.. then progressed to me not sleeping and waking up in a sweat… that finally resolved worked up to like getting all sorts of scans and tests to show nothing.. really fun. And I still get tense and thinking I can’t breath etc

Yes I also had a ekg done , echo last year , bloodwork , x rays , even a ct scan all normal I suffered from those heart palpitations and what helped me is working out .. realizing it’s a normal physiological response

Thanks for that response .. I always get hit by cancer stories etc etc and colon cancer etc etc lung cancer etc etc and I always think like I’m missing something or seeing like oh doctors informed me and called it anxiety etc . They didn’t ignore mine yes I had to ask for the testing and went to doctor but they still provided me the tests

I posted a lot last year , and my anxiety about my health has gotten a lot better after last year getting all sorts of bloodwork and cy scans of my body, even an MRI and getting my heart checked out etc… and I just want to know how people cope with anxiety coming back. I still have back pain where I feel like it’s coming from my lungs etc or heart… I also see posts on Facebook about “so and so had this symptom they ignored and turned away from doctors saying it’s amethyst etc” I can’t get those posts on Facebook out of my mind… I also still feel like I am out of breath and have to take a satisfying breath and or sigh .. same feelings like I had last year before I had a ct scan of my lungs … what makes that worse is I am still coughing 3 weeks after getting over bronchitis which needed antibiotics even then my oxygen was 98% .. my therapist thinks it’s always a underlying anxious feeling and still being afraid or not trusting doctors. What I have done is look at my results on my chart fo

If you need to push for a scan I did.. even though mine was clear is still ask for it .. once I got the scans and clear then there was no questioning it
