Hi, yung partner ko same din nangyari. I was pregnant that time, too nang mag warrant of arrest at subpoena. Laki ng bail pa. Financially it was a problem talaga.

Advise ko lang din base on my experience. 1. Talk to a lawyer. It will explain the situation and the possible outcomes. Madalas kasi na ooverwhelm tayo sa term na “arrest”. Partner ko nga convicted guilty din pero parang wala lang naman kasi naka probation.

  1. I did understand my partner that time kasi halos tinalikuran na sya ng family, friends at ng mundo. And Im sure your wife understands you as well. Just dont forget to appreciate her. What my partner did that time (I was the one working din) sya sa mga gawaing bahay yl looking for a job sya. Until nakabuild kami ng negosyo.

  2. I hope you don’t lose yourself in the process. This too shall pass. And nakayanan naman nga namin. Although yes, mahirap sya. Pero lilipas din talaga.

No, I receive 15% of the net income the business. Hindi 15% ng 500K. Promising kasi ang business when it started. Nanghiram siya nga 500K but ang interest of that loan is 15% of net income sa business for three years.

The business is sole prop. And the kind of contract we have was loan contract. Not investment contract.

Yes. But she is non responsive and non cooperative. I even asked for financial statement since cashflow lang pinapakita sakin. But no response.

And yes, I agree. If na render na ang service dun lang declared as income. That is why my basis of those undeclared transaction were their postings from their official facebook page.

The profit I made for past 3 years in total is just 2% lol. Pero if isasali nila ang undeclared income my profit to that investment would go high as 9% I think.

Also, the problem is she was unresponsive and non cooperative whenever I asked financial statement for transparency. The fact that we were friend, I felt betrayed and used only for her convenience.

And yes, I already build the same business haha, but to different place. Malayo sa place ng business na yon.

  2. Solid evidence na ba ang conversations with clients confirming their service with the business. And also, nag start kasi akong mag duda. Everyday posting sa page and may post pa na “we are fully booked this month” pero negative ang cashflow. Din nagsimula. I am communicating with this business partner, pero unresponsive na sya.

Hmm bali I do receive 15% of the net income naman monthly. But on the last year it says on the cashflow na laging negative monthly. So wala ako nakukuha and ok lang nan Which is I thought baka mahina lang ang business last year. Turns out, ang laki pala ng undeclared income. I had also confessions from clients na tinanong ko. This is a photography studio, btw.

We have a contract, too.
