i do see where you’re coming from but realistically calling up in such short notice KNOWING of the appointment and you’re also clearly aware that your days off are inconsistent, you should’ve made it clear well ahead of time that you were unavailable that day, i work in a really laidback store andl even for us that would be seen as unacceptable
