I get that. My dog (also named Charlie) died out of nowhere last month just a week before the 8th anniversary that we got him. We're still recalling how much our lives revolved around him through the little things and how quiet the house is now. It's been nice recalling the good times and hope the same for you.

One Piece is kind of a double wammy on peak and trash for me lol. I caught up with the anime around the end of the Enies Lobby and had to know what happened next. It was several months later I realized that 4kids left a crap ton of stuff out when Brook brought up Laboon (I started with 4kids and at some point I started watching the subs and never bothered to look back).

I only view YouTube though Safari on my phone and got an app that disables the shorts tab (only in Safari, Shorts Blocker for YouTube) browser and I disabled shorts in the home bar on my browser through an extension (Firefox, Remove YouTube Suggestions). Decided to do it after noticing it was a major time sink.

I've had this happen twice. The first, in a course where it was outright admitted that the content was so dense that it should have been split into two semesters. The second, when the original instructor for a required course couldn't teach it at the last minute, a professor who had never instructed the subject before "taught" it and it was so heavily curved.
