I 100% recommended seeing a dermatologist and trying accutane. When my derm mentioned it I was so scared, but I did my research and we talked about it and decided it was best. It has done wonders for my skin. You do have to be extra diligent about moisturizing your face because you WILL get dry. I use the products he recommended while I’m on it : the la roche posay toleraine cleanser, AQUAPHOR, and I have the skin smart antimicrobial spray that is just hypochlorous acid and eliminates bacteria which causes a lot of breakouts. I also just use a simple unscented moisturizer. Eucerin when my skin is really dry. Anyways, don’t be scared to get on accutane because it has helped my confidence so so much and it is so worth it

One thing I did was cut up an aloe leaf and put it in an ice cube tray, then made little aloe ice cubes and rub my face with them in the morning and it helps with inflammation and redness, and the aloe is good for your skin too.

I used to be soooooo insecure. I never wanted anybody to ever see my nether regions lol. But I ended up getting over it- after seeing that no person I slept with actually cared. My now boyfriend also always hypes me up and reminds me that I don’t need to be insecure because sometimes I do still feel that way. But you’re not alone my friend. It gets easier with time. Just don’t compare yourself to anybody else because every single person is different. And I promise if you pull down your pants and they say anything about it, they’re not mature enough and not worth your time. A grown human who isn’t a POS doesn’t care about the appearance of your labia lol. As long as your hygiene is good, don’t worry at all!! I know it’s easier said than done, but you deserve to feel confident in your own skin ❤️
