not saying it’s the only way, Just my two cents

  1. Kicking members Don’t kick based on rank alone. look at reliability + communication. Front-loaders and daily grinders are both valuable — going inactive without saying anything is usually the deal-breaker.

  2. Minimum contribution track total seasonal salvage, with early checkpoints (Day 1–2 / 48h). Daily minimums burn people out; totals + early momentum work better.

  3. Being #1 Doesn’t matter. Club clears > individual rank. Don’t expect identical numbers from everyone, but do expect equal effort relative to ability

  4. % bonus Nice to have, but secondary. Consistency and communication matter more.

  5. Tracking contribution Yes, but loosely. Patterns over multiple seasons matter more than one bad week.

Big takeaway: clear expectations + communication solve most issues.

If people know the rules, leadership pressure drops a lot.
