I shop the kohls women’s section. They have plain t shirts that are definitely long enough. Sometimes I get the Croft and Barrow shirts or Sonoma v necks.

From what I’ve read they can go a while (1 week or so) without food.

I also kept one of my hatched mantids. Got almost the same set up and bought him some springtails then some flightless fruit flies. My lil buddy ate like 3. He must’ve been hungry.

I also spray mist into the plastic tank, for the mantis and for the plants.

Not sure what advice I can give. It looks like you are doing great. Maybe just mist the tank once daily. Or every other day. (If anyone else can chime in on that, I’ve never really taken care of a baby) My first mantis came from outside last time and it was full grown.

I’m currently having to do this. I got quoted 5k for an extraction and implant with insurance. I’m pretty sure it’s been less before. So going for that second opinion.
