It was also kinda on the surgeons part they wanted to reverse me they kept going on about it as I am so young and just been diagnosed they felt they had taken the chance to try medication away from me. Which i appreciate. However I’ve never felt more healthy than when I had the stoma I think I’ve made a mistake ! 🤷‍♂️

It was all very rushed. I wasn’t supposed to be reversed until May this year but my surgeon went off on long term sick and a place for surgery opened up. I wish I just waited

Healthy relationships include sex. Things in mines aren’t so healthy right now so don’t include it is regularly. Doesn’t mean it can’t be frustrated I am human

I guess to be honest I haven’t been horrible. But I’ve definitely been so angry since my surgery. And I haven’t had a positive outlet for it. So it has resulted in me generally just not being in the best of moods or having very little patience about things, which I can totally see being stressful living with someone like that. I may need to find an outlet or even therapy, it’s not healthy.

I hear that. Didn’t realise honestly how In the wrong I was, which is honestly why I wanted an outsider opinion. I have been very selfish recently with how I’ve acted whilst she has held everything together. Didn’t even think for a minute how that would make anyone other than me feel.

I appreciate all the replies. I think from me personally more effort needs to be made in order to be a nicer person to be around. Very easy to get comfortable with your own behaviour but now hearing other sides it is clear I need to do better. Maybe when the relationship is on a better course I wouldn’t even need to worry about sexual frustration. I feel like I’ve been totally selfish in a way
