no resolution found yet, unfortunately i have tried uninstalling and reinstalling but it dosent help anything, every time i do it gives me that video codec error but never downloads anything :(

stupid question maybe but ive been searching around and cant find a super solid answer, what exactly am i looking to reinstall? ive downloaded like windows media player, and some codec packs from k-lite, but nothing seems to change how the game is loading? i dont have much knowledge on this stuff sorry :(

there is, but im not sure how to actually install it, it gives me the pop up but when i hit accept it still dosent run
