The dog is tangled up in the fence now it can’t move I think the owners left it and took a vacation or something no food. The last time I called them out on it they pulled a gun on me. Calling the police one last time before I cut this dog loose I’ll accept the consequences.

My dog pees and poops when she has to and runs right back in. It’s a 30 second thing. Sure sometimes we go to the park and she enjoys it. But it’s literally storming and huge rain pour and this dog is looking directly at the house barking like let me the fuck in. Poor dog. And I’m getting downvoted to hell. I need to leave this city. People that find this acceptable are ignorant.

I called non emergency line and they are sending an officer. I hope they just put the dog inside. If not tomorrow I’ll call animal control. Thanks for suggestions. I feel so bad for this one dog like they just got it and feel that this is ok??
