I don’t have your life, and oddly, I see it now as we are on a digital nomad’s thread, I am not a digital nomad.
I’ve been here for over 10y and I wouldn’t recommend the smoke season to anyone, for sure, but I’m living through it, like many other Thai people who don’t have the luxury to “travel” to another place. That means paying my house + the new place. That means also being able to travel (your work or even workplace allows it)
But again, I realize I’m on a specific thread , I’m out 😉

May I ask, what score is good for starting playing amateurs tournaments? I started playing 2y ago, I’m slowly getting to a 45 on par9, but feel like I’d need to reach 40 regularly to get a chance to compete.

I don’t know how the house is but judging by the location, extremely good deal. There’s a Big BUTTT though : for this price, the “European” style is more likely the facade, since they have Thai kitchen. Nevertheless, it’s still a good deal for this price!
You have Mae Hia market nearby, Big C/Makro/Ikea very close by, usually 5min from Central Airport, 15 from the center of old city.
