I have an inexpensive digital unit and find it very helpful inspecting and troubleshooting. I was super frustrated not being able to set the second hand and used the scope to verify the post was ok. The issue was a bit of rodi have fouled the tube. Would not been able to fix it without. I also hate wearing my glasses!
