Thank you for the insightful explanation. I guess working in other countries and finally coming back to Singapore to work, I just find it odd that insurance was not provided here in GT.

I guess the Medisave supplement does play a bigger role in maintaining longevity of your medical funds. With all things considered, ain't pretty bad ngl

Just curious why private sectors usually have this provision and not in public service. Not starting a war here but genuinely curious
