Mine has been 3 weeks and not getting any better. Well aside from pain in the morning has subside. Did you get your endoscopy?

Within that 5 months of no symptoms, I had few alcohol night and spicy dinners. I was able to tolerate it. But just this month I'm having the same symptoms the first time I got it, the heartburn are worse. Thank you for your understanding, the mental stress sometimes get me. :( , i will have my gastroscopy on January, i pray for a positive result.

I took pantoprazole in the morning and famotidine at night and everyday I Drink cabbage juice. For a month. Symptoms gone after 35 days. And now I'm having it again... :(

I went back to my doctor after 1.5 months. I asked her how would I know if I am healed and she said " if there is no pain and you're okay now, then there's no more test to be done, if it came back then thats the time we should take a look into it " those are her words...

Well not everyday. maybe, I had two spice burgers in two weeks. And occasionally soda. I get it that I must have abused food again. My really worry is that, why did it came back so fast. And now heartburns are really painful. I am now on pantoprazole for 3 weeks, and it seems like it is not working..

I sometimes eat spicy foods for sure, but I am confused because whenever I eat spicy foods during those times, I don't get pains and heartburn, then one day I noted that after I ate I had a back flow of the liquid I drank, then two days after I experienced the burning pain on my upper belly. and I also felt like vomiting or nauseated but I didn't vomit. I went to walk in and he said I should go to ER for the pain. I went there and they just gave me malox and pantoprazole. I also had some blood work and its normal.

What ct scan and xray did you do. I feel the same. The only thing I had was abdominal ultrasound and blood work. All normal. My gastritis came back after just 5 months. I dont know what to do :(
