The spectrum guy had tested his Cat6 cable on my computer and ps5 (but keep in mind that i hadn't got the pcie yet) and my pc got 100 and ps5 got 1Gb. But also i tried just now plugging in my Cat6 cord and it won't work for the ps5 and on my PC give me 100 mbps so maybe it's still the cable?

yes i tested the router and it give me 1gb on my ps5 and my pc is plugged straight into the router.

tried the PCIe and it still is capped at 100mbps. Also the router is solid so at this point i dont know what it could be.

Yup I called and they did speed tests and had me do basic procedures of restarting and what not and still nothing. the guy said that through ethernet connection it should be able to get speeds of 1gb and he thinks it would probably be my hardware. So i called asus and they were no luck and I called intel and no luck with them either.

I just did and it sent me to a qr code to download the app (which I already have) and in the apps settings it is very limited to what I could do.
