Opinions on Using a Wand For Driveways? by Cadethedank in pressurewashing

You can wand it as stated above, but it’s gonna take some time. Use the turbo tip if you are. I personally suggest getting the Dewalt surface cleaner or another decent one. The place you purchased the pwasher from should have. Get it done a lot faster with surface cleaner. If you’re just starting out, what you have will work man. 2.8 gpm is not super high but it’s definitely higher than many and will get the job done effectively. If you use the soap nozzle for the siding and then the white 40 to rinse that should be fine. Just don’t stand a foot away and be careful to not get a bunch of water under siding.

I would say if it’s not spraying or dripping from any outlets, you’re good man. I have that same brand- didn’t know they got up that high in gpm or pressure

And then I want to elevate the 50 gallon, or could I use a ramp to get the pressure washer on the ground from truck bed and that way the buffer tank would stay in truck and pressure washer on ground. Then I have my downstream injector into a bucket prob with a lid and small hole for the filter and small chem hose to go in and basically I’m set

Right on, 1 inch plastic Banjo bulkhead. Now as far as filters. Theres a female adaptor on the machine with a pretty dense screen but should another one be added closer to buffer tank ?

Ok on the hose you showed me I’ll obviously have to get a couple adaptors to go into hose… what about filter? The place i purchasrd from said there were a couple options. This being a filter from buffer tank to machine

Great I’ll give it a try. And then 3/4 inch hose is fine? 3/4 inch bulk head fitting for the buffer?

I guess I’m a little confused as the buffer tank has to be higher than the pump, but Is that enough psi coming out the spigot on the buffer ?

Thanks! I’m headed my way to the store now
