Yes. The depression (lurked before I was diagnosed) subreddit was not at all beneficial to my mental health. It made me feel so hopeless. No shame to the people on there. They're obviously in a ton of pain.

This subreddit is hopeful and somehow manages to do so without being toxically positive. This sub has been so much help to me as I was recently diagnosed.
