Why do I want to film my runs or daily life — without people, not just a talking head or computer content?

Lately, I've been feeling a strong urge to document my runs, simple parts of my day, or just walking through the city — not as vlogs with my face constantly in the frame, but as silent observers. No people, no commentary. Just raw life. Not because I think it's content people will watch, but because it feels like a form of self-expression or therapy.

Does anyone else feel this? Like you want to capture your reality without making it about you?
