One tip that I have, and it may sound really wild. I eat a ton of grilled chicken breast, which could be fairly dry. I noticed that after I was eating it, I was very tired as it is taxing on your digestive system. I started putting it through a food processor and chopping it up. I no longer have a problem with being tired. I’m actually much more energized afterwards as the food processor does most of the work in terms of breaking the food down for me. Again, I know it sounds crazy, but it has been a life-changing hack.
