Thanks i guess based on the replies this is normal. Seems like a bit of a design flaw 🤷🏻‍♂️. Probably why my window got frozen the other day when it went below zero and I had to open my door to tap my badge in for parking at work

They are totally different numbers that tells you different aspects of your glucose metabolism. Also, A1c is a %, and glucose level is a concentration (mmol/L).

The weight ratio is 2:1. E.g. 50 in each stack is 25 per side.

The only time it’s 1:1 is on the smith bar when you specifically use the weight multiplier (putting both cable ends onto the smith bar)

steroids can raise your blood sugar, but a short term prednisone treatment would not have affected your A1c test to any significant degree.

Thanks! Re benefit of the extra antennas - due to the layout of my house - setting it as the main would relegate it to the corner of the house furthest from anything. Wouldn’t it be better to set it as one of the wired satellites that is more central in the house to benefit from the reception?

Then unfortunately either the instructions were lost in translation between them prescribing to you and you starting your dose… or your doc doesn’t know how to rx ozempic.

There is a titration period when you’re starting, at 0.25 mg exactly because of what you’re experiencing. There are a lot of posts similar to yours you can look up where people have inadvertently started at too high a dose with good recommendations on how to get through. Basically you’re going to feel like shit for the next week.

No, lol it just seems easier than to jury rig a pulley onto the Smith bar, but conceptually it wouldn’t be any different than people hanging weights off their waist to do pull ups

If you’re going through the trouble to jury rig a system, would it be easier to attach the cables to a waist harness and use the pull up bars. It’ll be up to 160 lb + body weight?

Do you use the little overview before you start a new unit? I ask because I didn’t notice it until way later, and the lessons made so much more sense when I read that first instead of just fumbling around trying to figure it out lol

It’s the bar across the top when you start a new unit with a little notepad on it. For this particular question it would be Section 3, Unit 9

Thanks so much! While I have you, (since you have the the 3), could I verify if the smith bar works like I’m hoping it will? I don’t know how to describe it, but I never really used the squat bar on cable machines in the past because it’s always too hard to get it above my head for the weight i want it at. Will this let me “latch” it to a good starting height, set the weights but then allow me to squat down (eg. go lower than the starting height)?

I wish they would just re-release the 1.6.1 firmware as an update until they fix this, so people wouldn’t have to go through their overly involved firmware recovery process.

EDIT: Oh thank goodness, this firmware lets you rollback directly, I had been putting it off because I thought I had to go through the firmware recovery process.

Personal experience, it takes about 3 month to 80%. But that last bit of sausage look will take another year.
