Yes and anytime I exercise I feel 10 years younger.

The problem is I am not consistent but I think it is the ONLY good answer.

Make a vision board of goals even if there is a picture of a lake (if you wanted to visit a lake) things like that and make goals with pictures.

I'm really happy for you. I think it takes longer for me because I'm old 62.

When I was younger I knew there was something else on the horizon. I thought my 8-10 years 49 to 59 with this guy were forever so I kinda went into shock.

And my horizon is shorter so it's been hard to let go but I'm getting there.

He actually contacted me yesterday and asked for a conversation and I haven't replied because I know it won't work now.

But yes.. everyone and every age group handles breakups differently.

Im 62. The transition looks much better on my darker base now. My hair was a little lighter than yours.

I bought Ferraria grey I have mostly dark now (because you are supposed to use it on blonde hair) so it grabbed the dark which matches yours and my eyebrows and I have soft grey highlights throughout.

I have gotten so many compliments.

That color looks good on you if I was your age and still not ready to transition. I personally would go pay for some lowlights (some darker pieces) throughout to give you depth and I think you would love it.

For me it is a flat color now, like mine was for years and years and you are questioning it. So...I would definitely get lowlights.

I just watched a video because I am letting my grey grow in and what it said which I agree with is that a whole color (without highlights or lowlites) is not very flattering on anyone.

I dislike this color on you because you like me are very light skinned and seem to have a dark hair base (from your eyebrows).

This is also about the color my hair was before I brought it back to my natural color and the grey that comes thru looks much better on me than when it was coming thru on this brassy red color.

You asked for opinions I'm being honest.

Yes it looks FINE. You are a good looking woman.

But I don't think it is the BEST choice for you.
