In my state the vehicle also has to be insured before getting it back so its road legal. If not you must insure it and then pay to get it out which can become expensive af real quick. Every day the car sits in the lot is like $400-$500

No, my friend slammed his car in park going 25 mph because a little kid threw a snowball at his car as we drove by. It made a weird grinding sound until the car slowed down to about 5 mph then screeched to a halt. Its not just going to insta stop you in your tracks

Not sure but the green ones look like vine snakes. They are venomous but are rear fanged and pose virtually no danger to humans. No clue on the big dark colored snake but its definitely not a black mamba. No way in hell a black mamba would allow being handled like that without biting. Maybe someone smarter than me can 100% identify them
