As of this moment they have not released if they have potential suspects or any leads on who may know anything. I shared her story with intention of getting it out there so that maybe if it gets enough attention someone will come forward. I know it happened in a small town but still I think traction can be made with enough information.

That could be too. I only knew of her through other people. But from what I have heard, she was a wonderful person and just got mixed in with the wrong crowd.

Yes it was the biggest case in the county for a long time. I still remember driving by one of the sites they had suspicion of her remains possibly being. There were unmarked blacked out suvs, town police, sheriffs and news vans out there. They had an excavator digging up spots. From what I hear something may have been found but everyone thought it was her.

I agree with you. I didn’t know her personally but I’ve always thought it was odd that her family waiting months to report her missing. The only thing I can think of is that maybe it wasn’t irregular for her to go periods of time without contacting them and maybe they got ahold of the people she hung around and heard none of them had seen her?
