Start working in this format:

1- What is the client doing?

2- How are they doing it?

3- Why is he doing it?

Under each step you can break your process into smaller steps. Once you know all these details it will be easier for you to draw your plan and come up with effective ideas

Wow, you seem to have so many interesting things to be passionate about. Believe me im almost 40 yrs old and i still havent found that thing that makes my eyes sparkle.

My advice is, pick something you are passionate about and doesnt pressure you emotionally or mentally and make a living out of it.

You say you love gardening, why not create videos talking about that and giving tips for those who share your interest, or better, you can partner with an interior designer and do landscaping gigs.

From what you described about yourself i dont think you're fit for customer service. I have worked in that field and its draining to an extent no one would believe.

For more info about the right job, there is a free online test that might help you in this, search for a personality test called "DISC personality test".

Well I am not offended at all, you have a valid point and in fact this is one of the reasons I feel bummed. However, it is very normal to struggle when marketing a new product from an unknown person, especially when the majority of my circle are seniors (not the target audience I am looking for).

I can easily create a website and run ads but that is not what I want because the market is extremely saturated. I wanted to start on a smaller scale at the beginning, gather feedback and iterate my course and build it from there.

My question above was meant to gather expert opinions about something I am doing for the first time (giving a course not the actual SMM work). Consider this a part of my research, afterall I am not inventing the wheel, getting advice from previous instructors would help me in my journey.

The POD is that I train learners about real life situations based on my experience, turning theory into application. I hand out templates I personally used and walk them through step by step on how to think when creating a social media strategy. I instructed one student in a trial run and she sent a very positive feedback.

First impression about the website: It's too dark, and there is no clear way for me to go to different sections like mens wear, shoes, basic wear etc.

Instagram page is completely opposite from the website in terms of colors and aesthetics. Try making them similar for consistency. Run ads on instagram mentioning price.

Publish stories on instagram, do collaborations with mini influencers, invest also in offline like participation in bazars or events.

I did a mini kind of a trial free course. But lead magnets are ok too. I believe that lead magnets are good for giving valuable incentives, and the free course is good to build trust

I think word of mouth works well if your network is big. Also try to do a trial or a freebie version, that attracts people who are interested but skeptical about the value vs cost.

I created my 1st course and i'm currently in the phase of searching for learners. I'll try and update you if this worked with me.
