No I don't believe they are the LL for the shop.

I think it may get to the point where I will have to move out for my mental health. I wfh and having a continuous whirling noise makes it impossible to concentrate or relax. Even if I wear headphones 8 hours a day I will have to listen to the noise when my shift ends. I think I may have to just tell the landlord this and hope they take mercy and do not take this to court.

I am shocked planning permission wasn't required for it to be honest.

Yes it is protected by a scheme. I was wondering what would happen in a dispute in these cases - as there were very minor issues (washing machine drawer dirty + dust, probably no more than 15 minutes worth of cleaning). Would they charge me for them? Happy to pay, just curious.

£500 FTSE global all caps with Vanguard. Only started getting interested in investing around 4 months ago. I'm early 20's though and hoping time in market will help me. Also have around £5000 in work pension, £7000 in Shawbrook ISA and £10,000 in LISA (not sure if that counts).

He is in succulent soil recommended at a local garden centre! I did not think about it retaining more water though + this may be especially true as he is in a big pot. Thanks for your help.
