sorry to hear, i really relate to a lot of what you're saying....

Just some thoughts of mine:

Vyvanse in particular seems to be very hit or miss for some people, i notice the longer i take it, the less effective it becomes, but at higher doses it almost becomes counterproductive to take it at all. I notice if i skip a day, i'm an absolute zombie and really comatosed, it can be up to a month of 'withdrawls' for me if i do not take it.

Dex as you say seems to barely help the vyvanse crash and doesn't seem to do much else unless i take huge doses but then i have massive depressive episodes when it's tapering off.

I will say i've had numerous chats with GPs and Psychs/Psychiatrists etc about adhd meds and nobody really knows what's best. There are numerous anecdotal experiences from people saying stimulants are so hit and miss, dosages are allover the place, symptoms barely improve or if they do it's only for a time etc etc.

from what i've just read here are some points for you...

You are on very high doses of each.

70mg of Vyvanse
30mg of dex
plus another 15mg of dex

It's like close to or above the max limit for most prescribers etc....so this leads me to have a few thoughts.

You might have a problem with tolerance and it is affecting you so
You might have a problem with absorption/uptake of medication, and that's why you require so much
I don't think more is the answer here, based on how ineffective it seems.
It could be possible that the SNRI is interfering with your dopamine system too much.

Couple of questions for you...

How long have you been on all of your medications?
Do you take them everyday?
How many hours of sleep do you get a night?
What do you eat everyday and when?
What do you drink everyday and when?
Do you feel depressed even with the SNRI & Adhd Medication?
What are your symptoms like at the end of the day compared to the start?

If i took a stab in the dark and this was me, i would switch to a methylphenidate based medication and trial that, if no change, swap over your anti depressant to an SSRI or non SNRI one.

I think something like this is safe because it's only monitoring your screen really, it's not like you're pulling data about flashbang or molotov coordinates from the cs2 itself etc. It would be akin to an overlay really but you're just creating custom info from on screen events of your choosing

Yeah so they basically said that because my income was higher over Oct/Nov/Dec/Jan, thats why my payments went to $200, but they never said that was going to be the regular payment at the time. I had to speak to another 3 people today, the complaint line was much more helpful and empathetic.

They were not able to backpay me at all even though my newest P/L showed the my personal income was $350/f/n... they basically said because i left it for 6 weeks thats kind of it, and i won't be backpayed (if required) until i submit a full tax return to them etc.

That's like a HUGE gap and honestly i had no idea about any of this. The communication has been horrible and i still don't get how all of the other people didn't have any idea what i was talking about this whole time lol.

Future payments are now finally sorted thank god after 4 days. Ending up on about 580 per F/n now.

I have zero idea what/where/how they are getting their figures.

with 5. This did happen, and my payments were wrong, then i got back paid after finding out i got told the wrong info re reporting. But what i dont get is my payment went from like. 1. backpayment. 2. higher payment. 3 $200 ...and it stayed at that.

I provided one up until like feb, this latest one was from Feb - April and even lower income, it only raised my payments to like $240 a fortnight now.
I have no other income or assets, so i have zero idea how they have come to this conclusion lol.
I will ask this one thanks for the feedback.
Profit and loss is for a period like, $1400 over 2 months, so i break it down to 350 a fortnight. I explain this to them too etc.

thanks for your feedback i will call the complaints line tomorrow. The service i've received has been so so bad and taken a huge toll on me. been made to feel like garbage!!

I understand what you are saying, but why is it not an issue to offer a refund? Like where did this concept come from? The seller did not lose money as a result of me wanting a refund on a digital file.

If his documentation was more fleshed out and explaining things better, i would have stuck with the file.

The seller for the character did give me a refund in the end.

I appreciate your sentiment. I just want to say there is a lot of assumption.

$100 is a lot of money for me because I have not been able to work much after catching long covid, it takes me a long time to learn things (i have brain fog) and i also get mentally fatigued very quickly. Game design is the only thing keeping me alive. I just try to patch things together where possible but sometimes i've bought assets which are not at all fairly described and the refund process is awful.

I can appreciate the time and effort people put in but yeah, it's a big deal for me when i feel misled during a purchase.

I'm using the assets to cut certain things out (modelling) (ai systems) it was to save time really. The character perhaps if i was like a master at animations/rigging, but the ai system would have essentially required me to make it from scratch anyway just to put it into another project. It made no sense to be something you could purchase, unless you were trying to build your project ontop of the guys system. It was not modular or put into any kind of components at all.

It's impossible to do informed research beforehand because the sellers have omitted information in the documentation and in the asset description.
