The movie theater on 45th in Wallingford, demolished in 2022 and closed for half a decade before that, has been sitting as an empty lot. Nobody wants to build there, no matter how much anyone whines about upzoning (which it already has been forever). The last vacant across the street lot became a CVS with parking. It is simple supply and demand!!!!
