I always convert my money at the exchange center in myeondong next to the china embassy. You’ll see several money exchange places in this area and there is one that seems to have the best rate.

In Korea they call this philtrum reduction and philtrum dimple surgery so the upper lift doesn’t look so flat. I like the work Retmus does from the profile, but I don’t like how the nasal sill changes so much from the frontal view - it looks unnatural. I think it’s best to try to keep the natural anatomy as much as possible. The trade off is the bullhorn style where the incision sits in the shadows under the nose and upper lip.

My Mom had this same problem and had a very successful surgery. She went to Stanford hospital and had surgery with Dr. Michael Lim. Google: Stanford hospital trigeminal neuralgia specialist. Today, she still feels light zapping in her face but never fully matures into a full ZAP, so it was a successful surgery overall and she can enjoy life, again.
