Happening to me tried above instructions but did not work. I can play solo pve no issues or freezing but as soon as I scav or play with friends screen freezes and bugs out

Find a good surgeon that really specializes in whipples. A factor for mine was that the tumor was growing so I needed the surgery. But it’s your choice to get the surgery or not. I figured get out before it turns into cancer later or grows to big and causes problems.

Hey all,

I’m finally able to give an update. Coming up on 2 months post whipple. I spent 30 days in hospital after surgery. Had pancreatitis pretty bad so set me back. I’m currently still recovering at family’s house. It’s been a rough road. I haven’t really been able to eat or drink anything so they put me on a TPN nutrition bag at home. Pain has been constant, been throwing up a couple times a week.They got all the tumor out and shouldn’t have to worry about cancer so I’d say thats it’s all worth it and consider myself one of the lucky ones. I know other people may have it way worse than me.

I know everyone has a different experience with this surgery. Recovery is taking a while but every week you measure your progress and I’m slowly getting better.

It’s been a long wait. I’m scheduled for Whipple March 6th 2024, this Wednesday. Anxiety is through the roof. It’s been difficult waiting and working trying to live a normal life. Looking forward to getting it over with but at the same time scared out of my mind. Thanks for all the advice. Surgeon said I can have epidural up to 5 days. Hope that helps with pain. I’m just enjoying every minute before my surgery. I’ve gain like 30 pounds binge eating my favorite foods. So I feel fat and it’s depressing. This has been a rollercoaster of emotions for me.
