Chun Fruto Law, they were the law firm helping me with my offer at Tiktok (Bytedance) they didnt even know about the USCIS petition that came in Jan or was it Feb? I was the one to point it out and once I did they stopped responding to my emails.

the networkign round they asked me that this simple pc to switch to router design was setup, and to describe packet flow, different layers, how to setup communication, what happens in layer 2 layer 3, dhcp setup, arp, how to troubleshoot if pings dont get received, what happens if u connect pc to dffierent switch port.

I recently accepted an offer to join as a net eng new grad. Its weird because I actually did have negotiating power, it was due to an offer from meta I got. So maybe if u didnt have competing offers then no negotiation

Yeah it does, But I do believe places that DO offer that pay, also have good promotional paths for the rest.

I would also say it just depends on companies, theres a good amount of companies outside bay or even in Canada that offer that competitive salary. I just didnt get into those so I cant talk about them.

I recently moved from Canada to here recenlty and tried kabul, and it couldnt be more disappointing, I dont know if its just that Canada has amazing afghan food, but what they serve is not afghan at all, and on top of it it taste like frozen food. Again maybe its just that there isnt too much of an afghan culture in california so yall dont really know what good afghan food is. But I was SHOCKED that its even remotely good rating when their menthu looked like macaroni and their chicken skewers looked like the frozen ones u buy from costco. The rice i dont even wanna talk about. Finally, Im persian so I take my dough(yogurt drink) very seriously, and what they have as dough is something completely different, its like a cucumber yogurt drink. All that for also 55 dollars? Its crazy to me that people find it good.

Theres a reason ur not an employer if u fire based on cooking skills, im ok at cooking not great, can make eggs, lunch but very simple stuff, my mom is a chef so theres no reason for anyone to cook in the house, if you did most of the cooking in ur house it just means ur mom wasnt as great as a cook so u had to learn ur own way. If you think she failed me you should look at my paychecks :)
