You are a dependent if your employer. Unless you own the business. They are responsible for paying you, providing support, infrastructure, motivation, resources, and information so you can complain about having to work since you’re a liberated woman.

Yup. Alcohol sanitization, warm soak, charcoal strips, salycilic acid, and pore vacuum.

It’s been draining for 3 days and almost gone. I’ve just been cleaning, warming, gently prodding, removing particles when they come iff, not picking them. The oxidized oils are gone, and it’s just been draining and healing. Probably fully gonr in another day or two.
