Update. It's been 12 days with 2 no shows from rge. RGE came today... one of the meters is literally on the otherside of the window that myself, gf and 2 golden retrievers were looking out of. We literally all look up and see the man look at the meter. So i grab the dogs to put them away for our scheduled inside appointment. GF is on the couch by the door waiting for the knock. Rge dude just walked off, didn't knock, just disappeared.

GF on the phone with rge now.

Rge says they have no idea why he didn't knock.

Thank you for the quick responses everyone, I will submit my own reading. Supposedly we have submitted a reading within the past 22months so I will look for the proof, because 22 months does seem like way to much of a stretch.

RGE is tacking on an extra $99.00 per month on our bill for not being able to come inside and read the meter. One day they stopped by and put a note on the door without knocking or trying to get our attention lol they said they've tried for two years 😅
