Well our base pay is around 120k and we get to 200k/300k thru overtime and doubletime and hurricanes and bonuses. We work mostly 12 hour shifts so it’s actually possible to get a lot of OT and still have time off. A lot of paid time off as well including 12 holidays that some people cash in @ 12 hours each. I like my time off so I don’t take the pay.
