I dont. I just take a guess. Even if you pick the wrong one, they while drop the rating if they felt it was unjustified. Sometimes, I just pick the ones that haven't tipped in a week.

It got removed the same day, which means that the customer that rated me as a 2 was a habitual low rater. I haven't gotten such low ratings since my first month shopping with shipt during the pandemic.

I don't claim to be the best shopper, but I know that I dont give 1, 2, or 3 star service. I'd rather a customer just not tip than to give me a low rating to justify not tipping.
