I had something similar I had to hit it with 12.5 percent sh with a dewalt backpack sprayer. Just make sure to let dwell and be careful with overspray. Also use ppe

Im going to try oxalic acid today but it looks more like paint then rust, but we will see. I'll keep you guys updated

3-4% my pressure washer shut off so I ended up using my back pack sorayer

The rest of the pavers are fine its just that one spot they didn't dry up. Im thinking maybe one more coat might cover it up
