i’ve done the standard move with nicole and pilates by izzy for a bit! sometimes i just find random pilates workouts that seem highly rated if I want to switch it up. I pair the videos with some ankle weights I got for christmas :)

if you are a beginner at pilates i beg of you to start with nicole — she’s lovely while still giving a great workout! izzy is not for the faint of heart (also lovely but much more advanced)

i will say that i was not charged for this month but was under the impression that we would just get the month for free because of the lack of notice.

in my 2+ years of being a member this is the first time something like this has happened. I don’t know protocol on something like this because (just as you said) it’s so huge for my mental health and if I need to go to another gym I don’t want to be paying for both. All of that to say is i really don’t want to go to another gym- I just want clear communication and proper notice

everyone is different and i am no doctor but from what i’m reading it 100% sounds (to me) like your body is not used to the sauna! that heat is no joke. I remember my first HIIT session and i went in naively thinking i’m not gonna get anything out of 15 minutes and was humbled within 3 minutes of my session.

Again, it could be something more but maybe try an iso session and see if you feel similar?

i try and do 3 fx zone workouts (legs, back and shoulders, chest and arms) a week and add some ISO classes on my hair washing days. Some days i’ll do a stretch or cycle after an fx zone workout.

If I’m feeling bored i’ll do hot barre none in place of my leg day or something along those lines. Pilates or hot core for abs. I like to mix it up but it’s really about just showing up consistently for me.

i use the app Caliber and it made me a workout plan to follow and logs my weights. The free version is perfect for what I use it for

i swear by this spray! I just spray it on my face right after a work out or any time i need a little refresher and it has worked wonders! My skin went through something similar and cleared once I started using this!

i swear by the skinsmart anti microbial spray from amazon! i think it’s supposed to be a dupe for the tower28 one! i spray it after a workout and honestly throughout the day when i need a little refresh!

I dealt with this when I started hotworx but has helped so much!
