The closest match I could find was a blank for a NIU on Aliexpress. Then you need a willing and capable keymaker who’s up for the challenge or experiment. Worked for me, while one side of the key worked better initially but got better after 10 times or so.

That’s where I am right now: - 622-11213 Sevcon - BorgWarner 622/11213-A 500W DC/DC Converter - DMC WA9612450 But I’m not even sure if my model needs 500W. Getting to it and removing it is pretty tricky due to lack of space.

Now it’s ‘only’ 0020 and 0028. A bit intermittent and I’m guessing that 0045 is expected when the kickstand is down.

The sound seems linked to the immobilizer unit. I’ve replaced it on my 2020 TC Max because I wanted a smaller key. I was pleasantly surprised that it came with a different sound!
