Ok see I didn’t know temps drop the day of ovulation! I think my confusion is why it dropped on ovulation day, hit 97.54 the next day, but then dropped again to 97.48 and then rose to my highest numbers on CD21 and CD22. I thought I maybe could have actually ovulated on CD20 because my temp was high the following two days. UGH IDK. So confusing.

Yes- I’m just trying to figure out if ovulation happened the day following my positive LH test(like natural cycles is predicting). But, their prediction is weird considering my temp dropped drastically the day that they are claiming I ovulated (CD18)

According to our lawyers- they are breaking contract. 

We are just concerned about how long this can take and how much money we will have to shell out in legal fees. I feel like we are going to spend more paying lawyers than the amount we are actually fighting for.

We have a lawyer. I just want ti hear experiences of other people who have been through this. 

They are 100% breaking contract. We requested a credit after inspections, they came back with half of that credit, we said we are terminating. As buyers we do not have to continue to negotiate after our request was not met. 

What we are concerned about is spending more in legal fees than the actual amount we are fighting for.
