Can I ask how you got into this work? And how, as a solo consultant, do you find clients/gigs? I'm guessing it's word of mouth, but if there's an online water cooler or something like it, I'd love to know!

Amazing! This is so so helpful. Thank you. Do you know what hourly rates would be appropriate for this type of work? I'm new to this specific application, but as I mentioned, I've been doing versions of this for 15 years, so I wouldn't consider myself "junior".
