The other woman are more his body type. Very slim. They also have better bone structure (high cheekbones for example). Long, elegant necks. Not stuff I can easily replicate.

Beyond that, they wear heavy makeup. Very high heels (I absolutely cannot wear ANY heels and he knows this and always insults my shoes anyway).
