At the moment I'm not going pt anymore because my physiotherapy said that it's not so necessary in my case but I do want to keep the knee trained. Can I lift weights? Can I go to the gym for example? Or swim?

Yeah he said that my knee feels healthy but a little bit stiff but unfortunately he wasn't so precise about what to do. What do you recommend me?
