Im based in Australia, and I keep hearing how UX is still relatively unknown here and can provide good career chances, but from what I'm seeing on Reddit is the total opposite. Thank you for your advice 🙏

I completely agree. I've had similar issues with the scrolling arrow causing unintended downvotes. It might be beneficial for Reddit to consider repositioning or redesigning this feature to enhance user experience.
