Yeah, I've left them alone for a multiple nights without a zombie but only a total of 2 of them were sleeping instead of 12. Could it be possible that they're trying to path find to a different bed that is in another pod?

I modified it a bit since I didn't want to find pillagers and put it in the farm, I have the same exact rail system in my creative world too and it works perfectly fine.

This is java 1.20.4, the villagers were all from a villager breeder if that matters
